29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:    a) Planer Mill Department - On or about January 24, 2019,  the periodic inspection of lockout / tagout procedures for the strapping machines had not been performed. Employees were exposed to caught-in or between the moving parts of the machinery hazards.
