29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     (a) On or about 12/11/2018 NYC Wheel Professionals Corp located at 3913 8th Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11232  employees stripping paint were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Stoddard solvent without being provided a written hazard communication program.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY.
