29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:          a) On or about February 4, 2019, an employee and subcontractor employees were exposed to electrical hazards where carpentry and related work activities were conducted adjacent to an energized ComEd electrical service drop.          No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
