29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a)On or about 2/5/2019 the employer did not maintain the walking-working surfaces, exposing employees to tripping hazards in locations such as but not limited to the second floor of the Cal Sine building. CSHO observed piles of alumina several feet deep and walk ways being covered with product. The alumina covered all aspects of the floor surface.
