29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:     On or about February 5, 2019, on the south exterior elevation of a commercial building under renovation located at 1697 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet when performing painting work from the basket of an aerial lift while not wearing a harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket of that lift.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  On or about February 5, 2019, on the south exterior elevation of a commercial building under renovation located at 1697 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida, employees were using chemicals including but not limited to Sherwin Williams SuperPaint while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for that products at the worksite.
