29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:    a.  The employer fails to assure employee's engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section, as demonstrated on February 8, 2019 when employees were removing old roofing shingles on a 3:12 pitch residential structure.    Guy Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240964, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4030 Bonway Drive, Pensacola, FL 32505.    Guyson Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 S Highway 77, Lynn Haven, FL 32444.
