(a) Worksite: On or about February 7, 2019, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards in that an Altec Telescopic Boom Truck Crane (Model AC45-127S Serial Number 0114FS0151) did not maintain a 10 foot clearance from the boom load line to energized 7,200 volts overhead power lines.
