The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  a)  At 1932 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about February 14, 2019 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees working from an aerial lift were wearing a harnesses and tied off exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12.2 feet to the ground below.
