29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  On 2/26/19, at Highland Wood Ct, at Lots 106 and 109, Auburn, Georgia job site, subcontracted employees were exposed to fall hazards as they were not using fall protection when exposed to falls greater than 9 feet during framing (of the building) and masonry activities (on scaffolds). The employer did not conduct inspections of the job of the site to ensure identified hazards at the job site were eliminated.
