Hardwood Mill - On or about March 18, 2019 the oil platform for the slasher/cutup saw did not have a guardrail at the oil reservoir. The saw operator was exposed to a 7 foot fall onto dirt when checking the reservoir oil level.

29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Means were not provided to guard against accidental injury to personnel at conveyor transfer, loading, or discharge point(s). a. Pine Mill Stacker, Green Chain - On or about March 18, 2019 the stacker outside chain and sprockets where employees lift and remove the boards were not guarded. An employee finger could get caught in the chain and sprocket when removing boards from the stacker.
