Production Area: On or about 2/22/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that plumbed eyewash stations were impeded by containers and the employees working with corrosive chemicals such as Sterilox Fresh Produce Maxx (hydrochloric acid) did not have immediate access in the event of an emergency.
