29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(B): Composition of loads to be carried and load stability were not safeguarded by the employer: On or about February 25, 2019, at the pipeline storage area, the PIV (Powered industrial vehicle) operator did not ensure that the load he was lifting was stable and secure. Three employees were engaged in moving several steel pipes from one location to another. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards.
