29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii): Receptacle outlets did not comply with the following provision: where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle may not supply a total cord-and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4:  a) Xerox 4112: On or about February 27, 2019, and at times prior, a potential electrical hazard was present where a re-locatable power tap rated at 15 amperes with six receptacles was powering a paper feeder rated at 12 amps, a desktop computer rated at 2.17 amps, and a monitor rated at 0.56 amps.  Note: Amps total is 14.73 (max), which is greater than the 12 amps allowed by Table S-4 and .35 amps lower than the listed capacity of the outlet device.
