29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):   On or about March 6, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 7153 Valencia Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, an employee was exposed to hazards prior to the employer providing an inspection of the worksite by a competent person to recognize potential hazards and determine the proper protection needed to perform the work safely.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about March 6, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 7153 Valencia Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 to 26 feet when walking on a flat roof while not being protected from falling to the lower levels.  b) On or about March 6, 2019, on site of a residential structure under construction located at 7153 Valencia Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet when walking on balconies with perimeter walls approximately 28 to 32 inches in height while not being protected from falling to the lower level.
