Four Season Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1189298, Citation 1, Item 3, issued on February 21, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7020 Medger Evers Blvd. Jackson, MS which became a final order on April 27, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffold and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:  (a) 130 Tiger Drive, Florence, MS 39073 - On or about March 12, 2019 the employer did not ensure that the scaffolding system  that employees were performing masonry tasks from was inspected prior to use exposing employees to fall hazards.  Four Season Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1189298, Citation 2, Item 1, issued on February 21, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7020 Medger Evers Blvd. Jackson, MS which became a final order on April 27, 2017.
