29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    Berkshire Transit Management, 67 Downing Parkway, Pittsfield, Massachusetts; On and before March 21, 2019 extension cords were used to power equipment in lieu of permanent wiring:    a.  employees in the vehicle wash bay were using a green extension cord, that was attached to the conduit with wire ties, to power portable electric tools and equipment.    b.  at the administrative assistant desk in the office, a relocatable power tap was used as an extension cord and was plugged into and powered from another cord.
