29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  At a jobsite located at 3205 Main Street Kansas City, MO, 64111 employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were observed working at height. Employees were conducting roofing work on eaves and balconies over 11 feet above the ground without fall protection, or a guardrail system.  Bielak Roof & Asphalt Maintenance was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1274239, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on January 03, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 633 E. 63rd Street, Kansas City, MO.
