29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)   On or before April 3, 2019, the employer did not follow the contract specification to conduct frequent or regular inspections by a competent person.  An electrical panel was not equipped with a knockout cover, which exposed employees to live parts.  In addition, outside storage area was not kept clean, orderly and sanitary.
