29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) For employees working at 6834 Areca Boulevard in Sarasota, on or about April 1, 2019. Employees were installing roofing underlayment on a 5:12 pitch roof without a fall protection system. Employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
