29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    (a)  Employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards while working on and around the Carpigiani Ice Cream Machine(Model #LB 502 and Serial #IC14978), and the employer did not ensure the point of operation was properly guarded.  The guarding provided to protect employees from the point of operation were easily removable.
