29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) 2152 Village Park Avenue, Twin Falls, Idaho.: On or about June 12, 2019 and at times prior, employees were on a 6:12 pitch commercial roof installing sheeting without fall protection at heights of approximately between 10 and 20 feet.    Note: Abatement certification is required.
