29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:      On or about June 12, 2019, an employee was cutting rebar while working from an  scaffold platform elevated by a forklift that was not approved or designed for use by the forklift manufacturer exposing the employee to fall hazards.
