29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) Fortress Framing, Inc. at 11591 26th Ave. Aurora, CO 80010: On or before 6/18/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees sheathing the roof of a two story multi family home were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 20'.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:     (a) Fortress Framing, Inc. at 11591 26th Ave. Aurora, CO 80010: On or before 6/18/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees used the top step of a step ladder to access the roof of the building. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
