29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about 6/7/2019, at Chill'N LLC DBA Chill'N Nitrogen Ice cream & Yogurt located at 2238 Weston Rd, Weston FL 33326, employer did not provide effective information and training for an employee who was exposed to hazardous chemicals, as evidenced by, among other conditions; employee lacked knowledge of the location and availability of safety data sheets and hazard communication program; employee lacked knowledge of methods and observations to detect presence or release of nitrogen in the work area; employee lacked knowledge of specific appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment.
