29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  On or about July 8, 2019, Swift Factory Jobsite, 10 Love Lane, Hartford, Connecticut:  Employees were not effectively trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions while moving pieces of granite curbing.  Five eight-foot long pieces of granite curbing measuring 20-inches high and 6-inches wide were staged near the road front.   An employee walked between the upright pieces and attempted to place a lifting strap on one of the pieces in the middle.  As the employee moved his leg from between the pieces, one of the granite pieces toppled onto the employee's lower leg.
