29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    Worksite: The employer did not conduct the Workplace Hazard Assessment to determine necessary and appropriate types of personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees performing tasks, such as (but not limited to) HVAC repair work.    On or about July 8, 2018, an employee received an electric shock and fell off a stepladder when the employee's arm came in contact with electrical lighting wires.
