29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: Worksite located at 42 Bayview Trl., Lampe, Missouri- On or about July 9, 2019, an employee had fallen from an elevated working level to a lower level in which he received multiple life-threatening injuries due to the fall. The employee was life-flighted to a hospital where he was admitted for treatment. The employer failed to contact the local area OSHA office to notify the office of the hospitalization.
