29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket.    On or about July 18, 2019, two employees were observed sitting and standing on the edge of the basket and the railing of an aerial lift while pouring concrete into a bridge column mold.  This condition exposed employee to fall hazards from heights 10 feet or greater from the ground.
