29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): Cutting heads of wood shaper(s) were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed so as to keep the operator's hand away from the cutting edge:    Site- On or about July 18, 2019 an employee operating a Dewalt DW616 router with a Kreg router table sustained a finger tip amputation when their left hand contacted the unguarded cutter head. The operation took place for two days where two employees were exposed to the hazard.
