29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut.  (a) Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) - Education Center - Main Lobby - On or about July 18th, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation of the hands and/or fingers while operating the DeWALT Table Saw model DW744 serial 9960--(illegible).
