Northeast Industrial Manufacturing, Inc.; 660 Keystone Rd. facility; Miller welders - On or about 7/24/19 and at times prior thereto, damaged welding leads were not replaced.  The area with damage to the jacket was covered in electrical tape.  The area that was damaged had exposed copper wire.

29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(ii): There was a defect or evidence of damage that could have exposes an employee to injury and the defective or damaged item was not removed from service and an employee was using it before repairs and tests necessary to render the equipment safe were made:    A.)  Northeast Industrial Manufacturing, Inc.; 600 Keystone Rd. facility - On or about 7/24/19 and at times prior thereto, the insulation on the flexible cord for hand grinders were damaged and covered with electrical tape.  Grinders included, but were not limited to, Hitachi hand grinder.
