29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) On or about July 23, 2019 - Wiz1 line in truss department, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the gantry roller press did not protect employees from the roller press point of operation, ingoing nip points at the gantry wheels and rails, and the transverse movement of the roller press carriage.    (b) On or about July 23, 2019 - Wiz1 line in truss department, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the orange arms did not work and employees were required to stand on the table when the arms were lifting trusses to help the trusses up off of the table exposing employees to orange arm and truss struck-by hazards.
