29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a. 197 Mechanical Room, Goliath Building, 200 Vanguard Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355 - The employer did not ensure that a plastic tank labeled Glycol Make Up, that contained ethylene glycol, was labeled with the appropriate hazard warning. Exposure to ethylene glycol can cause nausea, skin irritation, vomiting, dizziness, slurred speech, convulsions, and kidney toxicity. Observed On or About 05/29/19
