29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): The employer did not provide respirator users with information contained in Appendix D to this section when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:   a) 788 West Marietta St. NW, Atlanta - On or about July 23, 2019, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory tract irritations in that the information on Appendix D of respiratory protection program was not provided to employees permitted to use N95 particulate respirators voluntarily while sweeping the area and performing the housekeeping.
