29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: a) On or about August 8, 2019, on the Roof, the employer failed to inform employees the location and availability of Safety Data Sheets on various chemicals in the workplace, including but not limited to Sure-Weld TPO Bonding Adhesive (flammable, corrosive) and Cav-Grip (flammable, irritant).
