OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Raymond James Stadium, 300 level, concession room number 07.02.02 - Employees in the process of purging natural gas lines were exposed to an explosion hazard, in that, the natural gas was escaping into an inadequately ventilated concession room where sources of ignition were present including, but not limited to: lighting, electrical appliances and refrigeration equipment. Observed on or about August 8, 2019.
