29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:    On or about August 22, 2019, and in times thereafter, respiratory hazards were not evaluated for employees performing tasks in the area where the glue was applied to the roof of the dog houses. Contains hazardous substances such as, but not limited to, toluene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) light aliphatic solvent naphtha and magnesium oxide fumes, exposing employees to inhalation hazards.
