Intersection of Hereford Place Rd and Roundup Dr.,  Missoula , MT. 59801.  On or about August 21, 2019, and at time prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while working on elevated platform without fall protection.

On or about August 21, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while using a self supporting A-frame ladder in the closed position to access and egress the lower landing of the residential roof.
