29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  On or about August 14, 2019, at the jobsite located at 2645 E Oakland Park Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33306, an employee replacing an led driver without the use of a harness and lanyard was exposed to a 10-ft fall hazard.
