29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(b) or 1926.652(c):    On or about August 28, 2019, at a residential lot located at 1823 Plymouth St, Oshkosh, WI, an employee working in a seven foot deep excavation was not adequately protected from cave-in hazards.  The employer did not use the trench box that was on-site to protect the employee who was connecting water lines to the house.      Dorner, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1348352, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Plymouth and Roosevelt St Oshkosh, WI 54901.
