Lone Star Wheel Components in Eatonton GA: Employer did not develop a monitoring program after becoming aware that employees may be exposed to a TWA of over 85dB, on or about August 27, 2019. a. Lone Star Wheel Components in Eatonton Rim repair to noise at a TWA of 90.2 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 499 minutes, on or about 9/27/19. b. Lone Star Wheel Components in Eatonton Tire pumping to noise at a TWA of 87dB dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 500 minutes, on or about 9/27/19.
