29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  (a) 71 Washington St., Mt. Holly, NJ; on or about September 5, 2019 two DPS Stucco & Stone LLC employees were conducting masonry work for the elevated basket of a Genie extensible boom aerial lift.  The employer did not ensure that the employees used appropriate fall protection, exposing them to a potential 15-20 foot fall to the ground below.
