29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) At 26978 Spyglass Dr., Bldg. 6011 Spyglass, Orange Beach, Alabama: On or about September 19, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work under suspended loads without head protection while hooking up and lifting trusses into place exposing his employees to struck/by hazards.
