29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)  At 26978 Spyglass Dr., Bldg. 6011 Spyglass, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about September 19, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work under suspended loads without head protection while hooking up and lifting trusses into place exposing his employees to struck/by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 26978 Spyglass Dr., Bldg. 6011 Spyglass, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about September 19, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
