29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) Precise Graphix - Printer Room - on or about October 8, 2019, employees were working where a flexible cord powering a fan was connected to an extension cord set, a substitute for fixed wiring, instead of to a permanent electrical receptacle.    Precise Graphix, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1233132, Citation 2 Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2310 26th St SW Allentown, PA. 18103.
