29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):  The employer did not ensure that each operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified by this paragraph (l):   The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 2355 Aspen St., Gering, Nebraska 68066 on or about October 7, 2019. The employer failed to ensure that an employee who was using a Yale stand up forklift was trained to use the specific forklift at that location.
