29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At Hotel: On or about 10/30/2019 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while  performing rebar work at the edge of the 3rd floor deck.    Bella Construction of Key West, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442058, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 09/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 441 Airport Drive N., Summerland Key, Florida 33042, which became a final order on 11/26/2018.
