29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:  a) Better than Logs, Drummond MT: On November 7, 2019, and at times prior, employees manufacturing concrete log siding were exposed to caught in hazards while operating and working in and around dry conveyors that have unguarded sprocket wheels and chains on both sides.  Better than Logs, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1368949, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 17 A Street, Drummond, Montana 59832.
