29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Where industrial trucks are used on a round-the-clock basis, they were not examined after each shift.   a) Bunge North America (East), LLC located at 234 South Jefferson Street in Delphos, Ohio; On or about February 10, 2020 the employer did not ensure that forklifts used across multiple shifts were examined after each shift. The Crown forklift which is used on a round-the-clock basis by employees across two twelve hour shifts was not examined at the end of each shift.
