29 CFR 1910.272(f)(1): The employer did not issue a permit for all hot work performed in the grain handling facility:    At or near 179 Rushing Road in Scott City, MO 63780 - On or about 11/19/2019, workers were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while dismantling a grain storage bin using cutting torches and the employer did not issue a hot work permit to ensure the bin was made safe and free of combustible grain / grain dust materials.
