This condition exposed employees to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to: -Purell hand sanitizer -Cavicide wipes -compressed oxygen

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) Foundation Health, LLC at 1949 Pearl St. Boulder, CO 80302: On or before 12/10/19 the employer did not provide effective information and training regarding the chemical hazards in the workplace in accordance with this standard. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards including but not limited to: -Purell hand sanitizer -Cavicide wipes -compressed bottled oxygen
